Find Ease, Confidence, and Self-Compassion

If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to be perfect, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to stay stuck. Maybe you’re caught in cycles of overthinking or self-criticism, struggling with shame or guilt, or finding it hard to feel confident in who you are. Perhaps you’re navigating a major life change that feels more overwhelming than you expected, or simply sensing that something needs to shift.

Therapy offers a supportive space to explore what’s holding you back and discover compassionate, practical ways to move forward.

I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll look at the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that shape your wellbeing, drawing on evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Positive Psychology. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice — it’s about developing real insight, resilience, and self-compassion so you can live with greater ease, confidence, and purpose.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy or clinical. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection — creating a space where growth feels not only possible, but enjoyable.
Whether you’re hoping to manage anxiety, break free from perfectionism, build self-esteem, or navigate change with clarity, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

You deserve to feel at peace with yourself — and that transformation is absolutely possible.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

At times, we may feel overwhelmed—our thoughts racing and our bodies responding in ways that make it difficult to cope or engage fully in daily life. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers a structured and supportive way to slow down this sense of overwhelm and develop a clearer understanding of what is happening for us, both mentally and physically. Through this process, CBT helps build awareness and practical strategies for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours more effectively.

Compassion Focused Therapy

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is a form of psychotherapy designed to help people who struggle with self-criticism, shame, or feelings of not being “good enough.” Developed by Professor Paul Gilbert, CFT combines ideas from psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness to help people understand how their minds work and to respond to themselves with greater kindness and understanding. At its heart, it is about learning to be a supportive friend to yourself — building the courage to face difficulties, the wisdom to understand them, and the compassion to respond with care.

Positive Psychology Coaching

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living. Rather than focusing only on problems or mental health problems, positive psychology explores the strengths, values, and qualities that help people thrive. It looks at how factors such as happiness, gratitude, optimism, resilience, and compassion contribute to well-being.

At its heart, positive psychology is about understanding how individuals, communities, and organizations can flourish — and how we can build more meaningful, fulfilling lives.

How often do we permit ourselves to live our life to the full? How much is there, just beyond the visible?
